NNL Technology AB announces the release of new versions of the InfoNode
Swing products. All products are available under two licenses, GPL and

InfoNode Docking Windows is a powerful docking windows framework for
Swing. It allows you to create an advanced Swing GUI for your
application with very little code. The application user can easily
customize the layout of application windows to his or her preference.

Version 1.4.0 is the biggest update of InfoNode Docking Windows since
the initial release. Some of the new features are:

- Floating window support which allow windows to be undocked into
separate frames. Windows can also be dragged between frames.
- Configurable view title bars which are displayed in addition to view
tabs. Custom components can be added to the title bar.
- Support for heavyweight components.
- Drop filtering which enables flexible control over drag and drop
behaviour.
- A new, experimental theme which replicates the look from the active
Look and Feel.

InfoNode Tabbed Panel is a highly customizable JTabbedPane replacement.

- The tab area visibility policy can be customized.
- A new, experimental theme which replicates the look from the active
Look and Feel.

InfoNode Look and Feel version 1.4.0 is a slick Look and Feel based on
Metal. It is included in both InfoNode Docking Windows and InfoNode
Tabbed Panel distributions. A new theme called "Soft gray theme" has
been added in this version.
