[ANN] ActiveBPEL 1.0 released

[Note: posting frequency rule bent here as this is the 1.0 release - moderator]

The ActiveBPEL(tm) engine (http://www.activebpel.org) is a Business Process
Management (BPM) runtime environment for executing process definitions created
to the Business Process Execution Language for Web Services (BPEL) 1.1 spec.
It is written in Java and released under the GPL.

Version 1.0 of the ActiveBPEL engine is now available at
http://www.activebpel.org/download/. The release notes are available at
http://www.activebpel.org/download/release_notes.php.

Version 1.0 marks the culmination of months of testing, improvement, and new
features based on feedback from users. It also marks the release of Active
Endpoints' ActiveWebflow Professional 1.0 (http://www.active-endpoints.com).

Validation and static analysis have been been improved, as has WSDL and schema
support for the file: protocol. A new built-in custom XPath function called
getProcessId() retrieves the id of the currently executing process. Many
fixes, changes, and tweaks have been made to the BpelAdmin console Web pages,
and the Help link now leads to new help documentation. See the release notes
for details.
