[ANN] Logger 1.0, Yet another logger API

Siegfried Steiner   24 Sep 2003 09:43 GMTPage rating:

Yet another logger system for your java apps. Take a close look at it.
It is very easy to use, very unified and open source (GPL): You may
attach your favourite set of loggers to COMJAT.NET's logger, and you
still use only one API. You may receive events containing log messages
(Who? Where? What? Which category? How important? ...) and do any
filtering. You may log into some file or to standard out or feed a
SWING dialog.

All runtime-information generated in the COMJAT.NET software and the
applications set on top of these systems use this logger, still the
logger may be used as is in your applications!

The logger is one of many software building blocks for the COMJAT.NET
java application framework suite (soon to come).

The framework suite will provide java applications (Standalone,
Desktop, Peer-To-Peer, Client/Server, Utilities/Tools, SWING, etc.)
with a unified runtime environment (such as an application server).
