Greetings everyone !

The Java Gui Builder project is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of version 0.6.5a of JGB.  This new version brings support
for tabbed panes.

A major change is the switch to the Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
This new version is the first one to be released under those terms.

Finally, JGB is now unit tested at more than 95%, thanks to Clover
coverage information.
