J2SE 5.0 includes a number of new features that can be used to enhance
the performance of the Java HotSpot Virtual Machine. Learn more and get
questions answered about performance in the HotSpot VM in an online
chat with Sun engineers, Peter Kessler and Ross Knippel. Peter is the
technical lead for garbage collection in the HotSpot VM. Ross focuses
on the HotSpot Server Compiler. The session is scheduled for March 15,
2005 at 11:00 A.M. PST (2:00P.M. EST/19:00 UTC).
