Announcing Jess 6.1p3

Ernest Friedman-Hill   27 Jun 2003 13:59 GMTPage rating:

The latest version of Jess, the programmer's rule engine for the Java
platform, is available for download at the usual location:

        http://herzberg.ca.sandia.gov/jess .

Version 6.1p3 is a minor bugfix release. From the change log:

Fix a problem with side-effects executing multiple times
while resolving overloaded methods (thanks Chad
Loder.) Fix an incremental reset bug (thanks Maxim
Tretyak.) Binary version works with Java 1.2.2 and above.

While you're there, if you haven't already, please take the Jess
User's Survey -- see the link on the Jess home page. Let us know what
features are most important to you for the next Jess release.

As usual, questions and comments are welcome to jess-users@sandia.gov
or ejfried@ca.sandia.gov.
