JHightlight. They write in, "JHighlight is an embeddable Java syntax highlighting library that supports Java, HTML, XHTML, XML, and LZX languages and outputs to XHTML. The library can be used in several ways: embedded into another tool (for instance a blog or forum), through the command-line to generate highlighted files locally, or as a servlet filter to highlight source files on your server on-the- fly. It also supports
RIFE templates tags and highlights them clearly so that you can easily identify the difference between your RIFE markup and the actual marked up source."

"After updating to Mac OS X 10.3.9, some systems may have issues with Java applications and Java-enabled websites when using Safari. Safari may unexpectedly quit, and standalone Java applications may unexpectedly quit or not launch. This update resolves that issue."

Borland is set to announce that it is
donating the source code for JBuilder to the Eclipse project. "'We will give customers something that's differentiated in the market and do it with a lot less investment on our part,' Fuller said. Borland is expected to announce full details of its plans during the next couple of weeks, however Fuller did indicate Borland expects to make money from the move by charging enterprise users for support."

version 0.6.4 with minor feature enhancements for Mac users. "Automatically gets existing email server information from your system for Mac Mail. Sends you a notice when a new key comes in, so you can check the fingerprint." Tiger Envelopes is a personal mail proxy with automatic encryption.

It will describe recommended combinations of technologies using J2ME. It is a guide for the correct use of the various Java technologies that can be used in a wireless environment. As a normative specification, the Mobile Service Architecture for CLDC Specification will trigger compatibility requirements to be reflected in the TCK. Service and content providers can use the Mobile Service Architecture for CLDC Specification as a target for development and require conformance."
