Is there a parser which converts Java Source Code to XML?

I am currently using Version 3.6 of NetBeans and not able at the moment
to upgrade to 4.0.  Milestone 4 of the profiler was compatible with 3.6
but Milestone 5 is not.  I cant find a download of Milestone 4 anymore.
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Milestone 4 of the

Hi I've listen that exists a sort of decompiler that convert the file .class
to file .java.... in order to have the source code....it's true? If yes can
