I am looking for a documentation tool which generates Javadoc in HTML (+ UML schemas). But, the *ideal* tool would also generate a LaTeX document with a TOC and all the source code. Does such a tool exists ? If it does, where can I d/l it ?

When typing java.exe in my shell, it says, version 1.4.2_03 is used (also with "which" command). But Ant uses a different version from my *current and correct* JDK installation. I checked both versions in the JDK's ./bin and ./jre/bin dirs, *both* are version 1.4.2._03.
