Of course , I know that Websphere is not free as a IDE, but what about as an Application Server? I plan to develop an application with Websphere and want to distribute it free of charge.

When executing the Ant task <copy file="source" tofile="target" /> with Ant running under cygwin, and source has permission 0500, the resulting file has permission 0000!!!!!
