Dear Colleagues -
I am new to VRML and 3D programming in general, and would like to ask
you for some advice. We are designing and building a new application
that would display a 3D representation of objects in a data base and

my Java3D programs are broken.  It has been over a year since I have done
anything with the Java3D applications (not by choice :-( but now I

I am trying to assess whether I can use j3d for a project, so I used

I have an application that I have developed on a Linux box.  When I
create the jarfile and attempt to execute it in Windows, I get the
following error:  
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:  sun/awt/X11GraphicsDevice at
JAVA 3D Error : wglGetExtensionsStringARB not support !01 May 2005 08:59 GMT1
I have been trying to figure out where this message comes from.
Can anyone give me a hint? Maybe also point out what to do?
I'm trying some examples from the j3d-vrml97 stack and using a
RADEON 9200SE card. OpenGL seems ok in that I can run Cortona VRML
