Downloading javax.comm Communications API

I swear I must be sniffing glue or something lately. I went to the Sun Java
Communications page and could not see the Windows platform download for this
API anywhere! They have "generic" platform, but it's version 2 with
limitations. Can anyone else tell me where to download it:
