How many other lists do you want that give a different result?
Because Fortune says A, it is A?
Bobby boy..... Bobby boy.....
That is not how things work in the real world.
Get informed man, and stop spamming us with propaganda.

Did you even read the article? When IBM concedes the technology is
losing ground to competitors, you know Java is in trouble.

And considering how many problems and open gaping security holes Microsoft
software has, that trust is sorely misplaced. It just goes to show the
level of ignorance and crass stupidity there exists among most software
users out there.

And who's the crowd Fortune appeals to? The non-technical corporate types,
most of whom wouldn't know the difference between software and hardware if
you pressed them on the issue.

Yes, it does not surprise me that Java is loosing ground to the LAMP
technologies at all. It's just too damn hard to get anything done with Java
Servelets. The LAMP technologies, taken together, is hell-powerful, simple
enough to allow you to push out small tasks quickly, and yet remains very
scalable and extremely flexible. And they are *fast* and *finely
configurable*. Much more so than the Java package.
Funny, though, you slam Red Hat and IBM, and yet provide a reference that
speaks to the superiority of Open Source software on which they so heavily
depend.
Most curious indeed.

You would apparently do well to change technologies, whatever you're
using. I could only get one of your links under shameless plugs to
work, (the second one in the list, and even that one took about a
minute and a half to come up).
