Does Eclipse have an Emacs-emulating editor?

Does eclipse have an Emacs-emulating editor?  I didn't see an option for it.

Although it's not complete, there is a keybinding for it.

Go to Window -> Preferences -> Keys
and select the 'Active Configuration' dropdown near the top of the
dialog.

You should see two options -- 'Default' and 'Emacs'
