Are you working in Java or in .NET? because I know .NET has XML parser
of its own.

I am not familiar with J++, so here is my question:
Do write Java and just use Visual Studio as editor, or are you writing
to the windows environment?

If the first choice is correct, then there should be a place where you
can insert other jars (Haven't worked with J# so I don't know where,
sorry). I would also recommend you to move to other editor - my choice
is eclispe (http://www.eclipse.org/)
