snoop program

Is there a program that will snoop on some application and give you a
list of what files it read and which ones it wrote, and possibly the
read/write registry keys too.

I just stumbled across those an hour ago when I went looking for their
pagefile defragger.

They have a ton of useful monitoring sorts of utilities.
