Eclipse 2.1.3 won't compile

I just pulled a project called rxstrat down from CVS. Code completion won't run,
I get the error:

Error Accessing Compilation unit
Reason:
rxstrat does not exist

The project does exist, and is on the hard drive in the location Eclipse's
properties dialog says it is. Any ideas?

For some reason a .classpath file was not created. I'll try to generate one.
