I am looking for some UI designer plug-in for Eclipse, any one can
recommend some good non-commercial plug-ins?

Hi,
I have successfully used jigloo with Eclipse 2.1
and JDK 1.4, but it is only free for non-commercial use.

Have a look at Eclipse's Visual Editor (VE) project:

http://www.eclipse.org/vep/

It's still under heavy development, but from the newsgroups it looks
like it's already quite usable.
