This morning they announced version 2.1.3 Perhaps they couldn't cope with

You can always just run an update from inside of Eclipse.

That shouldn't affect DNS. DNS seems to be working now. As of
2004-03-18 14:33 GMT, the Unix dig utility shows

eclipse.org. 7716 IN A 204.138.98.10
The IP address is, of course, subject to change.
