I`m considering tchose two ide. Currently workin with netbeans.

Both is way inferior than VisualStudio.Net's Asp.Net. I guess JBuilder
may be a good one. But it's not free (The free personel edition doesn't
have web developing...). Anyway I didn't try it.

Give MyEclipse J2EE Enterprise Workbench as shot. It extends Eclipse
with well integrated J2EE tools for $30.
