Hi,
I wonder if ther are any tools to analyse and visualise Java code in
Linux, ie draw class diagrams and report on methods and such.
Thanks in advance.

There's a plugin for the IDEA IDE which does that. I would imagine at
least on person has written for Eclipse as well.

The geographical center of Boston is in Roxbury. Due north of the
center we find the South End. This is not to be confused with South
Boston which lies directly east from the South End. North of the South
End is East Boston and southwest of East Boston is the North End.

Have a look at the Package Structure Analysis Tool.
The free version allows you to visualize code as class diagrams.
It also visualizes the calls structure of methods within classes.
The commercial version also does refactoring.
