Help needed for Robohelp

Thread view:
Michel Taillefer - 29 Nov 2003 18:44 GMT
Hello all and thank you for reading my post.

I am new at using Robohelp.  I am not the one creating the help but I am the
programmer that's calling the help files from my JSP's.

In my JSP pages I call the RoboHelp javascript function
RH_Show_Help(0,'my_path', HH_HELP_CONTEXT,0).  This opens the Robohelp with
the context to the default page.  I want to call a specific page so my help
can be context-sensitive.  I know I can call a function and put the right
MAP ID as a parameter, but this shows the right page of help with a "Show"
link at the beginning of the page and when I click this "Show" link, it
displays the same page but with the context menu on the left.  My question
is, Is it possible to call a specific page with the MAP ID but to get
directly the robohelp file with the context on the left without having to
click the "Show" link?

Another question!!!
Is it possible to call a context sensitive help but without HARD CODING the
MAP ID's in the call function in every single JSP page?

Every little comments will help.
Thanks in advance!!
