IDE with code autoformating

WANTED:

- tiny
- fast
- smart [one-click code autoformating, like in FlashMX]

Is it possible to get sth like this for Windows?

Or... how to make Gel to autoformat code?
It's impossible that so cute IDE couldn't do that :)

Have you tried downloading the JRefactory integration plugin for Gel,
it provides for autoformat of code.

Eclipse includes code reformatting. It's not tiny, but it is fast.
