Does any one know if this project is still alive. If it is does anyone
know when the next major release will be and if the Sequence Diagrams
have been updated.

I wonder how many improvements the no-cost version has seen over the
last ArgoUML one. Its been at least 3-4 years since I last used ArgoUML
so is hard for me to tell.

In addition to Michael's reply : if it's about sequence diagramms,
there is also a community edition of poseidon which has all 9 UML
Diagramms included. Check out http://www.gentleware.com/fileadmin/media/pdfs/products/poseidon_datasheet_ce.
