i need help to make a program in java programming language to make TF-
IDF algorithm which is one algorithm for rank pages

If you download http://www.csd.abdn.ac.uk/~cs01ijr/IRISweb/dailyBuilds/iris-daily-50-src.tar.gz
there is an implementation of TF/IDF in
uk.ac.abdn.csd.iris.reasoner.tfidf which may be a starting point for
you.
