Info on java localization needed

Hi, everyone. I'm currently running a promo campaign for a small java
app. We believe we could really  capitalize on multiple languages for
UI. Is there any simple/fast way to localize java application without
any special technical skills?

HI,
to localize java app all you might need is the basic knowlege of java
itself. We used Lingobit Localizer successfully for java app
translation. It was quite simple. You can get some more info on java
