Eclipse for GUI Client Development

Hi,
I want to known is it possible to develope GUI Client Development like
drag and drop option of componenets. This feature I used in the
Netscape IDE. I like check the same thing in the Eclipse. If possible,
then tell me the procedure.

I think you need VEP <http://www.eclipse.org/vep/WebContent/main.php>.
Alternatively, MyEclipse are porting NetBeans' Matisse to Eclipse

As Mr. David has said., you need VEP. (Visual Editor). Major part is
that with the use of SWT and JFAce, New GUI libraries ; you could
create Eclipse look and Feel like Client GUIs.
