Eclipse Plugin support

I am using Eclipse3.1 . I tried embbed lot of external plugings like
omendo (UML Tool,Python plugin for eclipse) with this eclipse. I tried
with Eclipse3.0 also.
But I am seeing the updation in the tool . My system windows2000
profession. Seems to be that apart from eclipse, no external plugins
for eclipse is not working in my system.
Did any face this similar problem?
Pls update me your solutions .

Please check if your plugins are disabled, which happened by default..
Help->software updates-> Manage configuration and Click SHOW DISABLED
FEATURES; and enable your disabled plugins.
