Webservice using Eclipse

I am trying to build a java webservice using the Eclipse (version
2.1.) I would like some help in setting up my workspace and
instructions on how to build my webservice into an ear file. Could
anyone let me know what is required or perhaps point me to a tutorial?

download WSDK 5.1 from IBM DeveloperWorks web site
www.ibm.com/developerworks/webservices and install it over Eclipse
