RE:Recommend me some project management tools?

Is there any tools which can create the project structure like some projects
in the sourceforge.net?

I mean these tools can create the fixed file structure , bug logs and update
map dynamically.

Can CVS meet the requirement?

But it is appropriate for team work.Maybe it is too complicated for single
coder to control his application.

Ant?or others?
recommend me some tools.

I'd suggest you to use ant + svn = should work just fine
