Hi All,

I'm trying to find a free CRM product that we can mould for our own
needs.  We want to be able to perform reports on customers, sales &
services provided and pipe these results out in marketing mediums.

We currently have a development team who specialise in Java and use a
DB2 Database, although DB2 is not a necessity.

Can you provide me with some links or information about some products
that may be available to me.
