I have an idea for a java program on a mobile
and I dont know where to start , it would not be a
valuable application ,more a little project

I have enjoyed toying with proramming in past
and would enjoy a project such as this

A few questions as it may be a total non starter !!

is there a mobile specific java newsgroup , i cant find one ?

Thge idea is it would run in the backgound on your mobile
phone ? is this possible , or do java applications always
take over your mobile phone ?
