Eclipse : pop up jdk help

If you leave the mouse over a system class a yellow popup appears giving
short succinct help on that class.

However, the window is a fixed size and doesn't show the full help. How
does one show the Java API help for classes etc in a more permanent,
scrollable window directly from the code.?

I was impatient : trial and error found it. F2. But it's not on the toolbar
:(
