Requirements Engineering

Hi,

can anyone point me to or recommend good (affordable) software for
requirements engineering which at optimum gracefully integrate into
eclipse?

Not sure if this will help but you could look at

It might help you better to post to the Eclipse server at news.eclipse.org

Their are 40 or so newsgroups for Eclipse Projects.

Their may be some engineer's in that group.
