It appears that you have not setup the project properly. When you
checkout the project from CVS, you can also specify what kind of project
it is. To do this, when you create the new project by checking out of
CVS, make sure you check the "check out as a project configured using
the new project wizard" radio button in the new project dialog box.
After the project has been checked out, when prompted, specify the
project as a Java project with proper source directory location. I think
that you have created a "Simple Project" after checking out from CVS and
that is why you are missing some of the JDT features.
