Deleted Class in Eclipse - undo

A friend of just deleted one Class in Eclipse. By mistake, it was the
wrong class. Has anyone a tip, how he can undo this step. He is really
paniced.

In the Package Explorer, right-click on the project or on the package
from which the class was deleted, and select "Restore from Local
History...".

It should also be in you recycle bin, as long as you ahve not emptied
your recycle bin.
