problem with help in eclipse

Thread view:

Hi,

My eclipse help doesn't work. I've checked to see if some documentation is
present and I have 5 pdf docs in /opt/eclipse/doc , therefore I think it
should work but doesn't. The IDE itself works perfectly.
Also, I would like to download the visual editor for eclipse but don't know
if I should also download the visual editor SDK as well as the visual
editor. Both are downloadable from the update facility list of plugins. Do
I need both the visual editor and the visual editor SDK?

Do you have Mozilla installed? A browser is needed to display the
eclipse help. The default browser command is "mozilla %1". go to
Window>Preferences>Help, change the Custom Browser Command to you
favorite browser.
