Got Runtime Error while running Jscript Script file (Urchin)

Thread view:

While downloading Jscript Script file from
http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js, I got warning and I clicked
yes and saved it on HD. The above link was given in view-source file
for http://www.Shiachat.com
While running this file I got runtime error. Now I am worried as I may
have done something wrong. I want to know whats that file? Whats the
purpose Urchin?
