Hi,
I was wondering whether or not it is possible to bind a java program to
a port so that it will listen on all available ip addresses on the
server?
So for example, that the java programm will accept all connections
established to Port 80 on the server, no matter at which ip address
those are addressed.

The general way to listen on all interfaces is to specify the wildcard
address (0.0.0.0) and the specific port number you are interested in.
This will be the default if you use the ServerSocket constructor that
only takes a port number.
