Visual J++ question

Thread view:
Schani - 02 Jan 2006 12:49 GMT
Hello,

i have a problem. I want to create an application, which can load, show and
modify an image. Is it right, that i have to import java.awt liberary
before?

After i have import this liberary there is an error with the code from the
J++ form designer.

Can you help me, how can I implement a code for loading and showing pics in
a gui (VS J++ 6.0)?

Thanks

It can be done with AWT classes, but Swing JLabels can
also display images.

Microsoft provides advice on 'upgrading' to Visual J#,
<http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ke99wh68.aspx>
though if you want to continue writing Java, you might
try an IDE/editor that is more geared to it.
