Looking for a Binary encoded text package

Hi,

I need for a class project a Binary Encoded Text package for a messaging
system that I'm building.
could anyone here direct me for a place to download it from the web?

For Binary Encoded Text you might want to check out java.lang.String.
This clever little class provides a means to store textual content with
variable encoding into an array of bytes, and further to perform
conversions, concatenations, and so on.

If you're talking about encoding binary data as Text, you should lookup
Mime - a quick google search yields a few useful links.
