I'm not sure what you're asking for.
Are you seeking a jar file which contains a JDBC driver for use with MS
Access? If so, you don't really need one. A quick Google search will
yield numerous places where you can learn to use the built-in JDBC-ODBC
bridge that's part of Java already. Or, should you want to do some more
"industrial strength" work, you can find numerous third party drivers
available.
