Is it possible to replace by default the standard javaw.exe compiler inside IBM Websphere (from Sun's jdk)
by the (faster) jikes compiler ?
If yes, where do I have to set the refering options?

javaw.exe is *not* a compiler. Do you mean javac.exe ?
