J2RE & J2SDK

I would like to ask if the J2RE is intergrated in the setup file of
J2SDK, or i have to install it seperatly?

The development kit inludes a JRE.

No.  Though you may need to configure
a browser (particularly IE) to use it.

No, it istalls JRE as well. In fact, newer versions of the Windows
Java SDK asks if you want to install a JRE in %ProgDir% as well as
under the SDK home.
