Hi all,

once again, does anybody know, what´s the best encryption algorithm? I
mean, DES, RSA, etc...

What ist the provider i need for this?

Most people are happy with BouncyCastle.org. They are not American so
are not hamstrung by the silly laws on strong encryption.  The stuff
is free.  It works.
