How to make the signtool.exe from netscape source code

Hi I want to sign a jar file with signtool..

But creation of signtool itself a big hectic for me...

pls anyone help me how to get the source code from the netscape

And pls clearly explain the steps to be made for building the code
and  also the envr variables to be set for compiling the code...

Signtool is long ago obsolete. You probably want to use Jarsigner. see
