JSF in Jetty

Thread view:
Timo Nentwig - 17 Mar 2004 18:01 GMT
Hi!

Has somebody been able to get the JSF samples running in Jetty? I get
NullPointerExceptions during startup and an UnavailableException
(FacesServlet) when accessing a face.

Runs in Tomcat5...

TIA
Timo

Timo, please excxuse my dumb, dumb, naivety, but I assume that "JSF"
stands for "Java Server Faces"!! I read/looked at a reference to that
particular technology on the java.sun.com website, but I really haven't
as of yet read anything at all about it!! What is it supposed to do
exactly, and how on earth am I supposed to get started or going with it
anyway???! FYI, I have been doing server-side Java most recently.
