differences between Spring WebFlow,Spring MVC,and String Portlet MVC?

Did you have a specific question?
Spring webflow works on top of Spring MVC, although it doesn't require
Spring MVC.

Portlets are a new technology that Sun has come up with, and Spring
has there own version of MVC that works with them.

Standardized in 2003 and the standardization process
started in 2001 I believe. So not super new.
