Why do you want to switch? Are you running 3.3 (Europa)? Eclipse hasn't officially released Visual Editor for Europa. There apparently weren't very many people willing to act as CVS committers and/or write code. Someone HAS ported the VE to Eclipse Europa, however. I'm using Europa and the VE right now.
