CPU scheduling and SRTF Algorithm, help

i am very fresh in java, i tried to write a code in ( Shortest
Remaining Time First ) algorithm
but i had many problems..........

so can you help me ?

I suggest you try solving the problem on a blackboard or with little
bits of paper until you have down intuitively how it works.
